For generations, getting permission to hunt private land in Australia worked one way: you knew someone, or you knocked on doors until a landholder took a chance on you. Good hunters without connections missed out. Landholders drowning in feral pigs, deer and goats missed out too, because finding trustworthy hunters was just as hard as finding land.

Hunting Properties Australia exists to fix both sides of that problem. We are an Australian marketplace, operated from Queensland, where landholders list their stations, farms and bush blocks, set their own price and rules, and welcome licensed hunters as paying guests. Hunters get what money previously could not reliably buy: legal, exclusive access with the landholder's written permission and local knowledge thrown in.

The economics are deliberately simple. Hosts keep 85% of every booking. Our 15% platform fee covers secure payments, the technology, the marketing that fills calendars, and support when something needs sorting. If hosts do not earn, neither do we.
