What does it cost to list?
Nothing. Listing is free, forever. We take a 15% commission on completed bookings only. If you don't earn, we don't earn.
Am I liable if something goes wrong?
Every hunter in the party signs their own release of liability and assumption of risk in your favour, with a strict indemnity, before the booking can be paid for; each signature is stored against the booking. As with any farm-stay activity, we still recommend you carry public liability insurance and disclose hazards in your listing. Most rural policies can add hunting stays.
How do I know guests are licensed?
Hunters must hold a current firearms licence and SSAA or AHO membership before payment goes through, and your property rules are agreed to at booking. Most hosts also sight licences on arrival. We recommend it and tell guests to expect it.
Can I say no to a booking?
Yes. You control your calendar and can decline or cancel bookings that don't fit: stock work, weather, or simply not the right group.
When do I get paid?
Guests pay when they book and your 85% share is held securely until the hunt wraps up, then released automatically to your Stripe-connected bank account, typically within two business days of checkout.
What if I only want day access, no accommodation?
List as 'day access only'. Plenty of successful listings are hunt-only blocks. Camping or nearby-town accommodation is the guest's problem.
