Why landholders list with us

Keep 85% of every booking

Our commission is a flat 15%, charged only when you earn. It covers secure payments, the website, marketing to hunters, and support. No subscriptions, no listing fees.

Genuine pest control

Every booking is pressure on the pigs, deer, goats and foxes costing you real money in pasture, crops and lambs. Hunters pay you to do the control work.

Your price, your rules

Set your nightly rate, minimum stay, group size and property rules: safe directions, no-go paddocks, dogs or not, night shooting or not. Guests agree before they book.

Licensed hunters, on record

Guests book with verified accounts, agree to hold current firearms licences where required, and every stay has a written record. No more handshake arrangements gone wrong.

Control your calendar

Block out shearing, lambing, harvest or family weekends. Pause your listing any time with one click and reopen when it suits the farm.

One group at a time

You'll never have strangers wandering unannounced. Bookings are exclusive, so you know exactly who is on your place and when.

Do the sums

A few bookings a month adds up fast

Most hunting stays run 2 to 4 nights at $100 to $350 a night depending on game, accommodation and season. Rut and roar weeks book out months ahead at premium rates.

Landholder questions, answered

What does it cost to list?

Nothing. Listing is free, forever. We take a 15% commission on completed bookings only. If you don't earn, we don't earn.

Am I liable if something goes wrong?

Guests book under terms that make clear hunting is at their own risk and that they must comply with all firearms and game laws. As with any farm-stay activity, we recommend you carry appropriate public liability insurance and disclose hazards in your listing. Most rural policies can add hunting stays.

How do I know guests are licensed?

Your listing can require current firearms and game licences, and your property rules are agreed to at booking. Most hosts sight licences on arrival. We recommend it and say so to guests.

Can I say no to a booking?

Yes. You control your calendar and can decline or cancel bookings that don't fit: stock work, weather, or simply not the right group.

When do I get paid?

Guests pay when they book. Your 85% share transfers to your Stripe-connected bank account automatically, typically within two business days of payment.

What if I only want day access, no accommodation?

List as 'day access only'. Plenty of successful listings are hunt-only blocks. Camping or nearby-town accommodation is the guest's problem.
